❓ What’s the time commitment for the program? You’ll get the most out of Healthy in a Hurry by setting aside about 1–2 hours per week. That includes short videos, doable “homework,” and quick wellness practices you can actually stick with. It’s designed to fit into your life, not take it over. Once you are done with the program, what you've learned should SAVE you time in your busy day, while still squeezing in the 4 pillars of wellness!

❓ Do I need a lot of experience with fitness or healthy eating? Nope! This program is beginner-friendly and judgment-free. Whether you’re starting from scratch or getting back on track, you’ll learn simple, realistic strategies that work no matter where you’re at.

❓ Can I do this if I’m super busy or have a packed schedule? Yes! That’s exactly who this was made for. Every tool, tip, and strategy is designed with busy women in mind—think: short workouts, simple meals, small wins that add up. If you’ve got a few minutes a day, you can do this.

❓ What’s the difference between the Self-Guided and VIP experience? The Self-Guided version gives you instant access to all 6 weeks of content, including videos, tools, and daily motivational texts. The VIP Coaching Experience includes everything from the Self-Guided tier plus weekly 1:1 coaching calls with Renee, and unlimited Monday–Saturday text support for extra guidance, accountability, and personalization.

❓ What if I fall behind or miss a week? No worries at all—you’ll have ongoing access to the content, so you can go at your own pace. This program is designed to support real life, not stress you out.

❓ Do I need special equipment or products? Not at all. Everything is designed to be simple and accessible. For workouts, a yoga mat and light weights are optional but not required. For non-toxic swaps, we’ll suggest easy changes using things you likely already have or can find affordably.

❓ Will I get a meal plan or recipes? You’ll get flexible meal planning tips, sample templates, and easy go-to recipes to help make healthy eating a no-brainer -even on the busiest days.
